How long have you been using FERRI equipment and what prompted you to choose our brand again for your latest purchase (TKD Power hydraulic reach mower)?
I have been using Ferri equipment for about 8 years. I started with a TP series reach mowers, which never gave me any problems, so I decided to stay with the Ferri brand for the TKD as well.

You work in different environments, from flat roads to mountain roads: what are the features of the TKD Power hydraulic reach mower that make the difference in terms of precision and productivity during your working day?
I noticed a difference in performance beyond just ease of operation; the piston pumps mounted on the TKD mower offer excellent working speeds with high power even with tall grass and very thick material. What’s more, the ability to extend the arm makes it very convenient, but you can also work in the normal (non-extended) position to operate in confined spaces without interfering with the cab.

Compared to the TP series, how much have the proportional joystick controls and piston pumps affected the comfort and smoothness of operations?
I would say that the joystick is now a “must” because it offers unrivaled precision and comfort that, at the end of the working day, is definitely noticeable compared to lever controls. Once you try the joystick, it’s hard to imagine going back to using a lever reach mower.

Is there a particular challenge or job that you have tackled with your FERRI equipment that you are particularly proud of?
The challenge faced by all operators working in this sector is undoubtedly to leave the roadside as clean as possible of grass and branches, even when there are numerous obstacles such as stones or tree stumps on the verge. With the advanced flailhead and proportional controls on the joystick, I would say we have a head start.

Power, precision and speed.
