ZMLE Offset / in line mulcher

Patented multifunctional mulcher with a single central and lateral frame.

Thanks to an innovative and patented system you can place the the flail head axially with respect to the tractor even if the gearbox is external to the transmission.
This system utilizes and headstock with a double linkage.
One machine is able to perform the work which so far required the availability of two slope mowers: and namely have a bigger offset and at the same time, with a simple manual operation, set the flail head rear and centrally to operate along the rows.

● Versatile, it is designed to operate in row crops and in ground sloping situations, with ease of operation and the flexibility to change the positioning of the head linkage.

● Innovative and unique, because of the offset mowers central positioning and the patented double linkage.

● Easily serviced and simple to change the working positions from a lateral extension back to the central position.

SAFETY - RELIABILITY - PERFORMANCE - TECHNICAL

Gearbox is sidesliding outside the transmission cover (more sideslidnign and less pto shaft angle).
Hydraulic side shift cylinder fitted within the parallel arms for better protection during work.
LATERAL SETTING
CENTRAL SETTING
Floating frame (the joint pint on the tractor side allows the head system to follow the ground, protecting the arm structure of the parallelogram).
Double locking system for transport (this avoids accidental leaning or side movement of the flail head) no need for chains or holders.
